Yup, doesn't matter. You can run your 2009- R6 in 2010, but your R1 of ANY year is out in Superbike.

Maybe I will just attend the RACE regionals instead at shannonville.

I have a bunch of buddies that race in that. Unfortunately I rarely make it out (still 3 hours away for me) but plan to this year.

Sad but unfortunately Canada just doesn't have the support. :(

Deal! I'll schedule a weekend as pit bitch with Timmy around my own track days and side business ventures. Going to be a busy summer!

Organizers added that they plan, and look forward to, reinstating Yamaha in the Feature category when the manufacturer is able to return to participate in the Parts Canada Superbike Championship Series.
I hope Yamaha tells them to go fuck themselves.

Yamaha already did, by bowing out of national series support this season. This is the 'return fire.'

Funny thing is that it will affect privateers more than Yamaha themselves.

Nope, don't know him. I know that he won the last Novice Open race this year though. OK, I had to look it up

Given some of the other people involved, I'm not really willing to lay the whole thing at Colin's feet.
