*disregard the rim lock stuff, that only applies to dirtbikes, I'm referring to his technique with the spoons.

This works on street rims however if you go too quickly and use too much force on the rim they can bend and make small blemishes.

With the HF changer? I posted bar mods and the Mojo-blocks probably a year ago... Between the changer parts being on sale, a 20% coupon in MC mag and the Mojo-blocks, I have about $150 invested. I've made that back 10 times over...In fact, my GF bought the tire machine as a gift in the first place as thanks for helping her with her bike.:wink: Between friends, my gf and myself, I've changed about 15 tires so far.:rockwoot:

Mojoblocks web site, fwiw I've modded my HF bar so that it doesn't scratch and use rim savers at leverage points but I've heard great things about this guy's bar as well. I still may buy one next season.

True. I have em but I am pretty confident in my riding abilities and that chicken strips don't always mean poor riding :shrug:

Um... Yea... I've done a 190/50/17 that way in a pinch but it's NEVER been THAT frickin' easy!!!!:lol:

Here's a guy doing it with the HF kit, he removed the top piece, which I keep meaning to try myself. The side bar always seems to be in my way as I go around. He mounts a tire in under 5 minutes... I use a rim saver and vise grips for a bead buddy and use soapy water for lube.
