I have never been more motivated to work out than after my first track day.
I was surprised by how physical the riding is. I'm spending the winter focusing on Cardio as well as flexibility. With my hip issues I jsut wasn't able to get my knee out but I'm also incredibly inflexible....need to work on it. Great thread! |
A few years ago I was strength training so that I wouldn't get so tired and sore at my track days. It helped a lot. Now I'm lazy and just run. In the winter I will swim and weight train some more.
Otherwise I don't generally have a problem. |
