The last one- the Camino is probably my favorite, but the Crest is sick. I'm definitely getting a new helmet next season- just have to decide which one! :drool:

Agreed. Proly gonna be my next helmet in a year or two. Those pics don't doit any justice either. I bet there's plenty of flake in there that'll make it pop.

I like the Suomy for quality but they are usually to loud for my taste.

The only one of those new shoeis that I like is the new kagayama. The rest just dont do it for me. Im still very content with my current kagayama.

I like that white one... very nice... hopefully shark has some new designs...

Suomy has the busiest graphics out of all the helmets. Shoeis are more classy.

yup, this is what i meant. the colors are just way too bright, and there's too many of 'em on one helmet. looks like a bad acid trip.

Yep- smooth,flowing lines, basic colors, understated badges.

The thing with Suomy is most of them look like they were spun in a tie die tank.

The 1989's were better looking than the Shoei's.

:lol: Id love to argue since I own an 08 shoei, but 1. Im not brand loyal to helmets and 2. Trying to find a graphic I liked on the x11 once I found out it fit best was a pain in the ass. The 08 kagayama was the only one I really liked and now the 09 kaga is the only one that I dont mind.

I'm just doing what I do. I know Shoei's are great helmets. But I like a flashy design. Shoei doesn't have any that I like. Thats all. Suomy's are insanely comfortable and they look great. Most importantly they fit me great.

Crucial. And I completely agree, Shoei doesnt have any bright flashy designs that I like. With how Ive been starting to like the brighter stuff lately it looks like Im going to have to try to find an arai or suomy that fits.

I actually saw a Shoei I like in an advertisement in SportRider this month. I think it was a Honda ad...their guy was wearing a Shoei. Had green stars on it.

Actually it's little faggy on the back.

I had never seen the back of it until I found that pic. And I actually had that issue right next to me, I dont know their inventory quite that well.

The black '09 Kagayam is my next helmet! I hope to have one by the end of next year. My '08 will be the back up/winter lid.

Ill have to look for that. I just read the article in this months sport rider about their new corsair v thats coming out and it looks pretty sweet, they just havent decided on graphics quite yet.

I personally like the feel of a Shoei TZ-R. My favorite design for it is the Tempest graphic from last year. I wish I hadn't destroyed that helmet.

If it was just last year. You may be able to find it on Ebay or other closeout stores.

Competition Accesories has a lot of last year's graphics for $300.

Just got their new catalog yesterday.

I love the Camino! Although I am a bit pissed, the 2009 designs came out a few weeks after I bought a new helmet. I can't really afford another one now. Grrrrr.
