I have to agree with one of them for sure.
Highway 1 / Big Sur - Very scary! The wind is unbelievable up there. We stopped to take pictures, and literally, one of us had to stand there and hold both bikes to make sure the wind didn't pick them up off the kickstand. Nevermind it's 2 lane and packed with RVs.
The Haul Road to Prudhoe Bay is on my list! I WILL ride that road! And Dan, don't need a full trailer, just one 5 gallon jug.
I've already done the math. The longest stretch between fuel stops is 280 miles. I can swing 180 to 200 on the Busa, so carrying 5 gallons should give me enough additional range.
