Yeh I remember that chart being put together. Again buyer be ware, not all of those bikes were stock when they tried those tires so there might have been modifications done to it before they bought it.
From my own experience I put a 140 tire on my ex and it rubber the swingarm and the underseat splashguard. It also lifted the bike somewhat nto too noticible, but it does.
If you want the bigger tire you can swap a ninja 600d (I think its a 600d, you need to double check my memory) swingarm with little mod to the swingarm and it has a stock 160 or 170 rear tire.
