It just seems that the same people that are all "bike thieves are the suck" are the same people that have NO problem not paying for their music/movies, etc.

Kell, if you steal my bike, you have deprived me of something tangible. That doesn't apply to music- my downloading a song doesn't take away someone else's ability to listen to that same song. I can't massively copy and distribute ZX6Rs, but I can do that with music.
