Take the back wing/grab bar off, you will have 4 bolt holes to work with. Take some steel and make a couple brackets that are flat enough to stay there when you put the rear set back on, probably about 3 inches wide. Then get some tubular steel and go to an exhaust shop, have them bend it for you, then get another plate of steel and weld it all together.
Red is tubular steel, black is flat steel, blue arrow indicates where you need to weld, brown is the luggage, orange are the bolts.
