They don't have to damage vehicles if you park close to them, they can straddle across from the passenger side or wait for the person to return that trapped them.
Intentionally damaging a motorcycle /= parking close to someone
You have a fucked up sense of justice if you believe that.
It would be more related to trapping a motorcycling so it couldn't leave the parking lot without rubbing up against the car trapping it.
You are also relating no damage (you can touch paint softly and not leave a mark) vs potentially thousands of dollars in damage.
