WTB: '03 SV650 bar risers and bar

Looking for bar risers and handle bar that will fit on a 2nd gen (2003) SV650.

I have the triple clamp from a 2nd gen SV650 and am trying to convert from the stock clip-ons to handlebars and these are the only parts left that I'm missing. So much the better if they're higher than the stock risers from an SV...

what about something like this?

you need the clamps though, a while back they had a package deal at cyclegear.

I have the triple setup (top and bottom), handlebar, cables etc. All I need is the risers now so I'm at a standstill
