The way this program works they get whatever the trade in value is (in your opinion ~4500, I think you are way high) plus an additional 3500-4500 from the government.

I have a Wrangler that Id consider trading in but the program ends in November and Ill probably be buying a car sometime after that.

I wasn't planning to do anything before then either and didn't realize it ended in November...it pays to read I guess.

My Jeep has been running fine and the 4x4 works great and it has cold A/C but yesterday I heard a clunk and the CEL came on...uh oh...so my plan may be altered.
