Pirelli Strada or Bridgestone BT-016 just because of the multiple compound and the price $239 a set shipped.

I'm using BT021's. A new set arrived today, $234. to the door.
I have used up the front and the rear is getting a little square so I'm popping on the new one before the rally. I'll sell or give away the rear. I moved recently and can't find my tire notes pad for exact mileage but I know it was low-mid 18K when I put them on and I have low to mid 23K on them now, so I got 5K +/-. The BT014's I had on before these were gone at 3200 and the 021's felt better than the 014. Bridgestone gave me the 014's and 021's to test for them and I liked the 021 well enough that I just bought another set with my money... Last edited by was92v; 04-30-2009 at 09:51 PM.. |

The BT016s actually feel pretty soft. I would assume these would wear out in less then 4k miles.
The Pilot Road 2 or even BT021s, but the BT021s feel hard, so they can't be pushed hard. Personally, I would get Diablos Corsa III.
