Seems to me that Virginia Tech Police ARE armed, and it was an officer who was killed. That comment might have worked for the last incident, but not for this one.

I know people there now. Saying it's a traffic stop related to a car jacking in Radford Va last night. Doesn't appear to be a student at this point but they are still looking for him.

The news briefing I just watched said that the shooter was unrelated to the traffic stop and just shot the cop and ran off, then shot the other
