People Got to Love 'Em
So I'm at Waterrock Knob Visitor Center (very remote) today when this woman lets out a blood curtling scream and damn near ran through the door trying to get out. Her husband ran out to see what the problem was. Grabbed my medical bag and was trying to get out the door through all the people when her husband came storming back in three shades of purple. He was furious. I ask him if she was OK. His response "NO SHE'S NOT SHE'S TRAMUATIZED!!! A MOUSE RAN ACROSS HER FOOT!!! I can't believe you have a place with vermin " I did the whole I'm very sorry sir but this is a remote wooded area spill. This only made him madder. He ranted some more and then actually said "I don't know how and if she's ever going to get over this tramua?" To this I actually laughed in his face (Sorry I couldn't help it) To this he fummed " You won't be laughing long I'm going to call a lawyer and because of your rude uncaring manner you will be listed in the suit. What's your name?" I pointed to my name tag and told him to be sure and spell it right.
What is this fucktard going to sue a National Park for having wild animals???? God you got to love people????

WOW!!! Sometimes you just can't help but wonder what the hell is wrong with people?? Got to wonder how some people actually make it through life.... seriously!
And some wonder why I have more respect for dogs (and other animals) than most people... see above I would have laughed in his face too! ROFL

The guy was obviously an idiot.
Hopefully he is an idiot blowing smoke and not an idiot with an attorney. Our national parks are some of the last places in this country that Darwin is free to prove his theories. In our litigious society I have often wondered how long we had before places like the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Yellowstone, etc. were deemed too dangerous for the public and fenced off.
