Default Taxes

Ok, like most things in life if I don't get it I expect TWF to help me figure it out.

I have two W2s and I would like to learn how to do my own taxes this year.

It seems so freaking simple and yet confusing at the same time.

I also read in the newspaper that I should be able to get my 600 rebate this year since I didn't get one last year and I qualify this year as a recent college graduate.

Talk to me peoples. I need you.

Go to turbotax.com and use that. They really lay it out super easy. It's pretty much "look at box 2. Put in the number from box 2 here. look at box 3. Put the number from box 3 here." Really simple stuff, and if it's federal only, it's free.

Turbotax will walk you through every single thing in a simple easy to understand way - and now they have "live help" where you can ask questions. and you can e-file, I e-filed last night and my refund will be in the bank 2/13

Fuck paying your taxes. Hell, screw the gov out of $120,000 and you can become the head of the IRS.

I've used HRblock online for 5 years now. 44 bucks does the Fed and state with electronic file and sig. Also, they import last years data so you don't have to enter any of your W-2 again. That and the software is so easy even a caveman could do it.
