Well, I finally did it. I gave that place 18 years of my life and he definitely got his pound of flesh out of me. I finally had enough, and put words to action.

So, I am now on the market. I have one interview tentatively scheduled for this week, and I have a few other things in the works, so hopefully it will be a short lived unemployment. Stressful, sure, but not as stressful as what I've been dealing with for far too long now.

He was at the job for 18 YEARS and has hated it for like the last 4....sometimes you gotta give up.

Besides, he's a smart guy. He probably has been saving a few pennies to get him by.
