Default Fnfalman....

OK... I'll admit you were partially right.

So my friend called the other night and wanted to borrow my XD9 for a day for his police academy training, so I let him. It just so happens that the next morning my other buddy with the 92fs called me to go shooting. FUCK! So he was like no biggy, we will take his 92fs and his S&W compact 40. This was the first time either of us shot the Beretta. The thing was awesome. I shot accurate as fuck. He has been shooting for much longer than me, and I definitely out shot him. I still retain that it still feels weird, it just feels so long.

I hated his 40 though. That thing barked like a mother.

Weight and barrel length of the beretta are total win

Yea. Nothing like a long length pistol in your hands.

The thing I hated about the beretta was loading the damn magazine. It was a severe pain in the ass compared to every other magazine I loaded. Did you notice any issues with loading it? Maybe my problem was that it was at a gun range and was a rented gun, but it was the most stubborn and difficult magazine to load.

Fuck no.... You want to talk about pain in the ass. His S&W 40 was the biggest bitch to load I have ever seen. The spring is so heavy and stiff, once you put a couple rounds in, it instantly begins to be a finger strength test. The 92 seemed easy in comparison...

that's interesting as I was on my way to look at a S & W 40 this weekend as one of my possibles. hmmm have to check spring tension on the magazine.
was it the 40 caliber that "barked" or the S & W? meaning did it bark more then other 40's or is it the caliber you're not liking?

The S&W. I've shot 40 before. But that wasnt a turn off or anything. What did turn me off was how bad I shot with the thing at distance.
