Ummm, pretty much. Why would you buy a sports car unless it was to drive fast? And why buy an enduro unless you're going to jump piles of dirt? What does "purpose-built" mean to you? If it was built for a purpose, and you don't use it for that, you're kind of missing the point. Of course, if you want to waste your money and look stupid, well, that's up to you I guess.

Both of those vehicles are the ugliest I have seen in a LONG time ...
Also, WTF with the huge tires, I see that shit all the time .. I mean seriously, if you want a 4X4 with ground clearance buy a truck!

Around here, lifted trucks are very common. I saw one the other day with a bumper sticker that said "Lift em high, fat chicks can't climb!" [/highjack]

now when you take that 4wheel drive truck, and lift it to the moon, and it never sees dirt/mud, or the guy that busts a fat ohlins/brembo, carbon fiber nut all over his bike and never takes a corner above 35mph, or the lambo guy that gets his shit up to track prepped spec....and then just cruises the coast with it, thats retarded. purpose built and built for purpose are two different things |
