That is certainly impressive. Can't imagine what people will think if/when he ends up selling the house!
I was surprised to see what looks like a slightly oversized pool filter running the show, tho... There's a guy in our area who has an in-ground pool converted into a habitat for gorgeous, literally world-class koi fish... his filtration system is approximately the size of a shipping container. Found a small webpage, but the picture doesn't do it justice... when we saw it the water was absolutely, perfectly clear- http://www.charlestonshowakoiclub.org/Grant.htm
