I think it would be cool if we could do day trips to KS & OK. When in the spring are we thinking? |

Actually the Talhemina Trail thru NE and E OK is pretty cool. Goes right by the Cherokee Casino too if your into that sorta thing.
I have scoped some rides to S MO to Branson and over to Peel's Ferry then back into Extreme NW AR, and another great route thru Jasper to Hwy 123 and 7.. Cant get to Arkansas without seeing Hwy 23, the Pig Trail either. I could keep you guys on bikes 11 hours a day.

And as for the date, we need to look for a date before school lets out, maybe dodging Spring break. I was checking weekends from March 26 thru about May 14th. You guys check your schedules. Obviously March is still fairly cold and rainy...

I don't know about what it will be like down there, but anytime you want to have a gathering on or around Memorial day is a bad idea. Too overcrowded. i am down too just gotta get some dates locked in for work and planning around for the kids. The wifey may want to make an excursion to one of the trips if I am gonna be going to Eureka in the spring and Little Switzerland in the fall.

Unless I change jobs or something unfortunate happens, and bother we are talking about my luck here, I can do almost any weekend.
You wanna stay in the 'haunted' Crescent Hotel? Dunno how bike friendly it is...
