Selling on Craigslist?
When you have a shit ton of stuff to sell on Craigslist, is it better to list it all seperate, all together, seperated by genre? Or do all of the above? I think I have a busy weekend ahead of me.

Separate for sure....makes it easier when you sell stuff to delete the posting too without having to re-post it, edit, etc.
Also, make it easy set up an account and then you can just go to 'your account' and see all your stuff. |

If you price it correctly it will sell fast....I sold literally everything in my house in like 2-3 days... Problem is most people post stuff and think it's worth more than it is because it's theirs, it's special, as long as your realistic about what you want for it you shouldn't have any problems. Look around and see what similar stuff is posted for too...

Oh and always price just a little high, most people will want to negotiate down a bit....if you're not willing to do that than price it as you want and put that it's Non-negotiable! Everyone asks if you'll take less tho and I guess I can't blame them for trying..

If its household stuff... its better to just have a garage sale and be done with it.

CL is HUGE here - list it all separate. Include pictures, people buy what they see. And, like Lori said - be reasonable and expect people to offer less - or offer trades. I am always curious what people want to trade for stuff even if I know I won't trade. One guy I told I would trade him cash for sure Make it very clear in your posts that THEY have to pick up
