The Bourget is shit compared to the first one.

Neither is worth those crazy prices though. I appreciate all the "one off" bits but I fail to see how a competent builder would need $500k to build one.

Yeah and 55,000 hours? That's 10 guys working full time for nearly 3 years. That $500K must not include labor or his guys were paid under $9/hour or much less depending on the cost of parts.
