You're spot on Tig. I'm a fat lazy bastard and I need to work out but at the same time, I have a bad knee and even worse foot problems (gout is one thing that I have as well as working on concrete for the last 15 years). I simply don't have the desire to do much more than sit on the couch when I come home in the evenings as I need to put my hurting ass feet up for some comfort.
 I don't take what you said as offensive, I know I'm fat and lazy!
