Did this woman put her turn signal on well in advance? Knowing most Americans, probably not. "Oh I'm just pulling into my home, I don't need to use my signal"

According to Hamilton County court records, Luke was pulled over for speeding Sept. 16, when an officer caught him going 83 mph in a 55 mph zone while driving a 1998 Dodge Ram. He has been found guilty of other traffic violations in the last few years, including driving an unsafe, overweight vehicle in June and speeding in 2002.

So?

I'm pretty sure the average person gets a ticket every 1-2 years, so unless I see proof otherwise, this guy doesn't sound unusual.
