The phoenix patch is my unit patch as well. I can wear it as my combat patch, although since our Brigade is part of 36th ID, we are also authorized to wear their patch (the Texas T-patch).
 Although I wear my combat patch from my first deployment in 2004, with 13th COSCOM (now they're known as 13th ESC).  That being said... I wish I could wear the MNC-I (although they've changed the title to "USF-I") patch, which is the subdued version of this:
