Answer to question about Buell reliability....
This is kind of old news now that they have come out with the 1125 motor (which if the V60 Rotax engines are any indication will be a very good, strong performer).
This is really for the older XB engines/platform. It's an old article on a 2004 bike. There were several updates that have come along through 2009, so many of the complaints were rectified in later versions of the platform. Here is a long distance test by Motorrad. If you aren't familiar with this German magazine, they are pretty much whores to BMW. They went in with the idea that this bike would grenade in 10,000 miles and worked diligently to prove that belief correct by beating the piss out of it.
