America's top 20 most congested cities

I have no desire to live in ANY of them. Charlotte, NC is bad enough. It may be small potatoes to the ones listed as far as size but again...bad enough for me. I've driven in a few of the larger cities and can hang with the drivers BUT choose not to....f*ck that.

I do well enough here not to get charged with road rage as it is.
