So like in Derf's case, he is completely legal to drive in every state Except NY. And he will have no problems until his NJ license renews. I doubt that is this ladies problem though.....the problem with suspending licenses is they do it for ridiculous amounts of time so people take the chance and drive anyway. I mean how are you supposed to get to work, etc for a year or 2 with no license...yes you CAN do it but most people won't inconvenience themselves. They will take the fine and get caught.

But they do typically provide programs for hardship, like driving only to work, home or school...
