I am quite familiar with the HR lady at my work. I got called into today because I don't talk to a certain co-worker and she feels left out. I shit you not, they actually feel the need to have meetings about these things.

Working in a cube farm sucks. Working in a cube farm with women sucks more. Working in a cube farm with women who get away with complaints like this is torture.
