I have a Samsung 55'' LED in the living room, a 46'' Sharp Aquos LCD in the bed room and an Olevia 32'' LCD in the dining room/office that is also a computer monitor all three TVs offer an excellent picture with the right source material. Personally I think that source material, installation and room lighting can be more important that the actual specs on the TV- to an extent of course. I often get stuck on the specs of a thing myself but it never ceases to make me chuckle when I note that I had to buy a TV with the fastest refresh rate an highest hz number but the absolute highest hz input source that I've ever seen is 60hz...
