Who wants to meet for lunch March 28?
I finally got the Busa back in proper riding condition after the mess I created from going to the Bonneville Salt Flats last year.
Anyway, for her first shakedown run of the year, I'm going to polish off one of those white states in my sig that everyone likes to make fun of me for. I'm going to head to Memphis, Tennessee for lunch March 28. Since all good rides should include local flair and food, this one shall be no different. I'll be going to Dyer's Burgers on Beale Street. ETA will be around noon. It is a 966 mile round trip for me. I plan on riding out, having lunch, and getting home by dinner time to post pictures. Anybody within a 500 mile radius of Memphis is game at a minimum. C'mon, it's a day ride! I'm posting this now to give everyone plenty of advance notice on the odd chance someone should choose to join me for lunch. Whos' up for lunch at a Memphis icon?!

Ok, for the geographically challenged, I added a pretty circle on the map to let you know if you're within the target area generally.
Really, I was just bored.

What roads are you taking out? I might have to meet up and ride down there with ya. Says 285 miles for me if I angle across, but 350 if i go down toward little rock first.

No, she will be out of town that weekend with some family matters. Whyfer? You're welcome to come too Triple. You're welcome to bring your girl though if you like. Surely she won't be afraid to be the only girl there?

What you should do is head up I44 to Springfield, MO, then we'll head down there on non-interstates.

No job or I'd meet up with you and ride there.
Plus I need to put my new tires on. Need to figure out how I'm going to manage that too.
