Of all the leg workouts I have done that one seems to help my riding the best! And it is fun to do.

Stronger, but still likes to randomly buckle from time to time. There's no swelling anymore... that's a plus. Now you can feel where the pieces were screwed together and there's sharp edge on the inside that hurts like the dickens anytime my knee touches... and I mean TOUCHES... anything hard... like grazing the coffee table or a desk drawer. I really need to start working out specifically to focus on this leg or I'm gonna be fucked forever.

like the dickens huh... haven't heard that since my grandma passed

well good that you're able to get around now... have you ridden much with it? I've never had any hardware in me so I cant compare but I'd imagine that it'd be really painful to bump those screws and rods...

I get the same thing.
I had the muscle that goes over the kneecap rip in half, and each end rolled up like blinds. Now there is no meaty fatty tissue over the mucsle, so when I touch anything with my knee, it hurts like hell.

I also get light knee pains just before it rains when pressing the clutch in a car.

This post makes me sad. One month to the day it happened and I'm thinking another month or so... Shit. 11 months later... fucking damnit.
