What are some people eating for meals after cutting out bread? I did that a couple of years ago and dropped about 5 pounds or so in less then a month from that alone. I forget what I even ate at the time.

I take Omege 3 vitamins and I eat plenty of albacore tuna so I think I'm getting enough good fat from those things.

Starting my new 12-week program today, lifting and eating right. My goal is to drop 25lbs by my trip to Florida in July. It's freakin on like Donkey Kong! No white bread and potatoes for me.
