Thanks, all. I'm looking forward to getting in the house. I've been staying with my parents for about 9 months while trying to find a place I liked at the right price. I'll be SO happy to get my own damn place again.

Congrats CM! For what it's worth,I think that your priorities are perfect and it honestly warms my heart to see someone actually put their children first in practice rather than just talk about it! I seriously mean it

Well, yeah... but think of the money I've saved in lawn care.

Thanks. As soon as I walked in the house, I looked at the kitchen and thought, that MUST go, then saw the bathroom and thought the same thing. I have no idea why anyone puts carpet in a kitchen or bathroom. I can understand some people might not want to step onto a cold floor in the bathroom, but that's what bath mats were for... Only thing I can honestly think is that the people were elderly and afraid of slipping and falling. |

Nice yard in the back. Now you need to go buy a 50cc dirt bike and build a little dirt track in the yard. Pit bike racing at home.

Sweet, congrats Cap. It's a cute little thing
I love home ownership As for the lawn care etc... -Push mower $300 -Gas for the mower ~$50 not too bad IMO As for snow removal... I just bought a new blower, and it's already paid for itself in my mind. |
