The Jap bikes are not prices comparitevly. Excluding the mobile homes known as gold wings, A zx14 is 12k, busa 13k, honda fury & cbr1000 12k, R1 is 13k. vs the top of the line harleys are 16k and up, and until the last year or 2 good luck paying MSRP.

I can tell you first hand... there is a big difference between 2002 and hell even 2005 and the newer bikes. They have made huge changes. My 2009 FLH is a great example. And you touched on a few facts to pricing for sure. |
