Every complaint gets some form of investigation. How deep they go depends on the nature of the complaint. This one sounds like one of the more in depth investigations so someone was either really pissed or had something bad happen to them.

Maybe they will actually find something that will become a positive impact on the ER. From what I've gathered from you, there needs to be ALOT of change in that department for it to function as it should.

Actually, the ER runs smooth. It's registration that's the problem. Something tells me they're not getting investigated, as much as they need it.

Gotcha. You talk as if it's the whole department, but then, if registration has issues, then it should have some sort of domino effect for the rest of the department as well.....

That's what it is. We (registration) fuck everything up for the Nurses, Docs, PA's, etc. I think it takes a special kind of talent to fail that profoundly and that completely.
