I've been a guitarist for 22 years. The first two people I thought of were Hendrix and Jimmy Page. But BB King is right there with them. Maybe even more so, he just wasnt one of the first two I thought of.
My personal favorite is Edward Van Halen. But If I showed a pic of him to most people 20 years older or younger then me they probably wont know who he is. |

You cant really answer this. There are so many great guitarists. I guess it just depends on the type of music you like. For me, the greats are:
