Really, isn't it
I ordered the replacements today..... So list of on order stuff: *shifter *frame sliders (not going with crap I had before) *new lid... (same as I had before so visors will work) After my financial aid check comes in a new leather jacket will be on order. Amazingly not a scratch on my mesh jacket that I was wearing that day. Just a little dirty. I am so excited to get these in. The nice thing is having Cutty home finally that we can work on them together. Plus my concussion should be gone by the time they do come in so I can help work!!!!! I will continue the thread for everyone to see the progess. On a side note. Took the bandage off of my side today and it hurt like crazy. It hurt worse the removing the tape holding it on. My bandaid actually was stuck into the scabs... So yeah, ended up reopening the wound..... |

Maybe pants instead of a jacket. You said there's not a mark on the jacket...so why not buy what you dont have...pants. Or maybe you do have them and just dont wear them....

Yeah, ours was 2 inches of just chips..... Will start wearing at least my textile pants over my regular pants for short rides. Will be putting leather on for the ride to Cutty's sisters..... That's in 2 weeks.... Parts all ordered. Hopefully all is fixed by then.... Crossing fingers.... Ready to get back out.

Damage pics
Front. All wheels are removed to get new tires on. It was needed anyway. One minor scratch on the front wheel, but no big deal. Closer Broken shift lever. Now I fully understand why aftermarket rearsets have a solid peg. And the broke ass POS Lockhart Phillips sliders Black piece is the slider itself, the inside is up. Long bolt is what mounts it to the bike, bent. Bigger round silver thing is the base that goes between the frame and slider The smaller silver round thing USED to be pressed into the slider... and now it is NOT in the slider. |

Bandana is a little weird. I normally use a under armour skull cap, but have to put it on a little high so it doesn't stretch down over my eyes.
