A friend and I owned a 5' x 8' Utility trailer several years ago with rails and it worked great but someone lifted it from us and just 'assumed' I had to go with one at least 5' wide for two bikes.Enclosed is what I really want...6' x 10' or so but my wants are starting to outweigh my wallet.

Why wouldn't they fit side by side? I can easily fit two bikes in the back of a truck and its only a 5 foot wide bed

I tried a couple different configurations before I settled on this set-up. Before with a truck 5' bed,   Both forward with GF's bike back 2',   Again, finished product,

5' minus space for the wheel wells. Anyway, I've fit 3 bikes in a truck bed, not all sport bikes, but its possible, just really tight.
Trailer does look pimptastic. I am always scared of a bike backwards though, I keep getting the mental image of the wind shield catching air and flying off. Not even sure if its possible. |

It's hidden when not in use so no biggie. I'm not crazy about trailer hitches on a car BUT considering when there is a trailer hitched to it there will be two sweet azz sportbikes on the trailer...eye candy so who cares.
