those are the rally lights.... I think. if so... no not street legal as they're not fluted (spelling) to direct the light... they're just designed to put light out front in off road enviroment

My goal will be regular lights... then retard brights... like 55W lows... 100W or so brights... FUCK YOU LIGHT FLASHERS!!!
