BULLSHIT!! all of it. I've said this before. I started a job in Tenn as a yankee. same day a black kid started. we were similar in age. he came from a nice sub division, mother was a state cop dad was gone. I was essentially homeless. no money, no real address, lived in a broken pop up camper. two weeks after we started he was fired. first words out of his mouth were I guess it's because I'm black. apparently it had nothing to do with being late 3 times and missing two days completely. when he would finish a job he would stand there with his finger up his ass and wait for someone to tell him what to do next no initiative of his own. they have every opportunity just as anyone else many times they have more. problem is the ywant the world to accept the bullshit they bring to the table and still give them all the bennies afforded to people who bust their ass. before you you get to up in the "they hated blacks there" abotu the job, it was an 80% black workforce there. here we did what was called W2 workers, took folks off welfare with no skills, gave them jobs, and classes to finish high school or whatever. know how many made it past 1 month? 2 and they didn't make it past 3 months, free money is easier to take. workforce here is 90% black so it wasn't that reason here either. they are on welfare because they choose to be on welfare period. |

I want numbers. I'm betting it's pure bullshit.
Everything I've ever heard suggests that the poor don't mobilize enough to vote. He made the statement, now he needs to back it up.

just from what I expierence around work I can agree with that. there are a few who will try to mobilize people fo rchange, but most will just bitch about it but not do anything to make things better.

I'm sorry I thought I said probably I didn't realize that meant I was stating a known fact.
if it weren't for votes from entitlees do you really think politicians would set up programs like that? they buy votes by creating programs to give entitlements. the other side gives tax breaks to the rich. either way they're not setting them up out of the goodness of their heart. it gives them something to drum up votes. |
