Always make sure your home inspector is a private practice. They will let you get away with more shit.

The bullet on the roof reminds me of something that happened to my house this summer. We were away on vacation and the kid 2 houses down has a party. Each lot in my neighborhood is an acre so 2 houses is a pretty fair distance. Anyway, party kid goes to bed and his friends get out his dad's bow and arrow and proceed to shoot our house!!
I never got to see the arrow sticking out though b/c the dad pulled it out before we got home. He repaired it too but can you imagine what COULD have happened? |

At least the father took care of it all and told you. I'd imagine allot of people wouldn't say anything or fix it.
