House /LL update
Ok so all seems quiet in the valley, almost too quiet. Sunday I am heading over to the house to hlp the PO "cleanout" her garage (more so forrage around for stuff I may want to keep) She may have a tag sale for some other stuff and will give us first crack at it too which is good.
Havent gotten an exact closing date yet which is annoying me but were being told as early as mem day weekend into the 1st week of june. We locked in our mortgage 2 days ago at 4.75 and only paying 3/4 of a point so that works for us. Back here we are still slowly packing/throwing stuff away and going about our business. What has my spidey senses tingling is its the 29th and no calls yeat about the rent. hes usualy calling several days before making arrangements to pick up said rent. kind of has me thinking hes up to something here but we will see as the week goes on. I told karen about it and she thinks the same after I mentioned it. its jsut nice to know the end is in sight with all this. Tom |

so are you buying it down to 4.75 or 4.0%
we were supposed to close mem. day, don't forget everybody wants to get off early, so they just delayed our closing which screwed up ALL of our moving and utility plans.

well we told him today were going to live out the deposit. He didnt take it too well and threatened to take us to court so I told him go ahead and I will report his ass to the county and IRS. He tried nitpicking on stuff as if he will try to sue us so that should be interesting.
Karen spoke to him later and seems their convo was a bit more civil but he did say stuff about me, idiot thinks karen and I dont talk to each other. So this should be a rather fun filled 6 weeks or so now. Tom |

Not meaning to hijack your thread, Tommy, but your last post reminded me that received a certified letter the other day. It seems our LL hasn't been paying all his shit on the house and if he doesn't come up with the money ASAP, it's going up on the auction block. So looks like when I get back from the rally, I've got to find another place to live.
