Default i am a flucking retard

I registered for a half marathon today, the race day is oct. 16th

Cutrrently I am 6 foot and a not so shapely 230lbs.

I am training with a fellow bar tender and she is a avid runner and will assist my fatass in getting back into shape,may god have mercy on my soul.

Anyone here ever run a marathon?

Eff that, back when I was active we'd regularly do 6-7 miles evry other morning. That's asking a lot on knees and shins on big framed guys like me and apparently drewp. Post iraq I'm lucky if I can keep going for 3. 'Course it doesn't hurt if there's something cute to follow

Same here...Our P Sgt was an ex jump master and would run until about half had fallen out... Now I'm lucky to walk down a flight of stairs without pain.

Oh and almost forgot! The 13 mile mark is when one of my co-workers broke his foot during a marathon!
