Default Elite Trackdays - Track Access Program

I have introduced a new program for this year. We are not a "normal" trackday company as we have a permanent facility - so it's about time we stopped behaving "normal."

Introducing Elite Trackday's Track Access Event Service:

Monthly Fee: $22
2011 Annual Discounted: $176 [March thru November]
Event Cost [subject to change with overall enrollment headcount]:
Enrollment / Per Event
1-29 / $110
30-49 / $100
50-79 / $90
80-100 / $80

Enrollment allows the individual to receive notice and exclusive right to each Access Event. An Event will be weekday afternoons, gates open at Noon – track will open at 1:00pm to 5:00pm. These Events will have a capacity of 20 people, managed open sessions with instruction available. This service will have an overall enrollment capacity of 100 people.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How often are the Access Events?
Access Events will be at least once a month, up to four times a month, based on participation. The more events that sell out, the more Access Events we will do.

What do you mean – “notice?”
An email will be sent two-weeks and one day from an Access Event. This email will indicate registration open time, example; “Registration will open at 9:00am tomorrow morning for an event in two weeks.” Two weeks will give a visible weather window, and provide subscribers time to schedule other personal scheduled obligations for an available afternoon.

How can I know that I will be able to sign up for an event?
As enrollment increases, we will choose to limit participation to every other Access Event. Meaning, if you are registered for the current Access Event, you will not be able to register for the next event unless it is not sold out 48 hours before.

What are “managed open sessions?”
An open session means the track will be cleared every thirty minutes, much like life-guards clear a pool for safety checks. It is up to the riders to choose how often they ride; the groups are not designed by structure – more like gentleman’s rules on a track. It is important to remember, Access Event capacity is 20 riders.

Legal blah, blah, blah…
Accounts will be charged monthly on the 10th of each month. All requests to cancel this service will need to be received via email before the last day of the previous month. Enrollment in the service does not guarantee available time on the track – all participants must pass a technical inspection before they will be given access to the track surface. All motorcycle and rider gear requirements apply as they would for Trackday events. EMS will be onsite. By purchasing the monthly service you are authorizing Elite Trackdays to bill you monthly for this service until you cancel said service.

So it costs you $22/month, plus the $80-$110 per event depending on how many people sign up?

Sounds like a good deal if you go to more than 3 track days a year, less and its not so good.

If you do 4 or more track days it gets better and better

Well, you have to remember that they are in Texas where,

A. the weather normally allows almost year round track access.

and

B. for the most part, the roads are straighter than shit!!!
