This is fun. Looking into things a bit I find this type of engine has been around since the fifties, probably isint throttleable, and if used as they claim can be done without transmission etc it won't use ANY fuel for propulsion (kinda like the 0 mpg volt) also 25kw in a generator is around 40 horses. Not that ths things gonna work anyhow

probably an excuse for grant money
