Check out the February, 2011 issue of Motorcyclist. The Smart Money section rates the 2005-2010 Sprint ST. They loved the usable broadband power and the humane ergonomics. They didn't like the saddlebags, excessive engine heat, and mushy stock seat. They say to avoid the 05-06 models.

I'd hope so with it's bigger engine. 782cc vs 1050cc. I know the engines are different but you usually get more power with bigger the size.

I'd love to get an '05-'09 model. Not really liking the newest model.
