I have put the speed3 at the bottom of the list but it's not off the list like some others.
Seriously, the lebaron cost me about $1600 is in amazing shape and runs like a top

Lease = no mods
You CAN do mods, just have to pull them or lose them at the end.

There was a guy that put nitrous on a leased Speed6.

He couldn't figure out why we wouldn't warranty his grenaded tranny though!

Well, there's always that.
I love my warranty and VIP service agreement...don't want to screw with that.
The only mod I really considered was the short throw shifter kit, and as the car has worn in (and I've relearned my shifting skillz) I find I really don't need that either.

Sorry Gas... back to discussion of your list.

I nearly always install short throw shifters... I have one on my current and the wife on her current. Can't stand long shifters.

That makes two of us. Every manual car ive owned has had a proper short throw installed, that, along with a decent set of tires, suspension, brakes, and a seat with good side support can improve a car imensely

I just bought the car with all that (except the shifter) already on it.
And honestly, I guess I'd have to drive a car with a short throw shifter to know what I'm missing. This thing is already such a step up from what I'm used to in terms of suspension, braking, and overall fun factor, I really can't complain much.

I've had bad experiences with short shifters.......they made it move more stiffly, like as if someone poured molasses on it.
