Exactly! I don't know when exactly I stopped putting up with that shit but I don't.

I don't want to date an asshole. If he's an asshole we don't date. I don't lose sleep over it....I just walk away.

I know what you meant. I still contend that after a certain age, most women don't have the time or mental energy to waste on someone who blows them off or treats them like ass. It's also because in most cases their self-esteem has increased compared to their younger years.

Most women, by the time they reach a certain age have ascertained WHO they are, WHAT they want, and have established their own brand of crazy that meets their needs and eventually will meet a man (if they so choose) who will love that about her. They dont have time for silly games or the energy and patience!

Further, while I hate to agree, since I am one of those independent women that can take care of herself, there is NOTHING more attractive than a man who has his act together. He knows who he is, what he wants, is already settled and comfortable with himself and his life. And is able to/has room/ready to care for another person. While we may not like it, a womans natural instinct is to look for a male that can take care of her.

That's true, we don't want to be another mommy for a grown man.
