Use the Abtrim detox.

Jon Fitch posted this video of his daily diet:

He's the no. 2 ranked welterweight MMA fighter in the world. He's in amazing shape, strong as hell, and would kick any of our asses with his eyes closed and his arms tied behind his back. MMA training at his level burns way, way more calories than he appears to be taking in, so I'm not sure how this is possible.

Also, for anyone familiar with the way Fitch wins fights, this is funny [taken from another forum]:

None of the guys I train with eat like 101 is talking about either, and they're all ripped, extremely strong (Iron Cross strong) and have good endurance.

IMO the main thing to cutting fat is to work hard and keep your body from being hungry by eating good whole foods every few hours as needed....I don't believe you need 2g of protein per lb to build muscle and shred fat.

You don't, but protein companies want you to think so. I think that much protein is hard on your kidneys too long term.

1.5g is more like what it should be. The only reason it climbed to 2g is the same reason oil change intervals dropped to 2-3K......because guys like to brag about how OCD they are about their car/body/possessions. Even when they're just wasting their money.

I think even 1.5 is way overkill. I don't know anybody that eats that much food...

Remember though, it's supposed to be 1.5g per pound of LEAN body mass, not your total weight.

But anyway, you really only need it if you're regularly weight-training......If not, you're wasting your money, since protein is more expensive than carbs or fat
